Do you need a script to purchase your products?
No. We provide over the counter skincare products which are available directly from SkinTECH or through the list of stockists. Please call the stockists to confirm they have stock of the over the counter product you are looking for.

Please refer to our list of stockists. Please call the stockists to confirm they have stock of the over the counter product you are looking for. Alternatively you can purchase directly off our online store. A delivery fee is applicable.
Do you have a nappi code for the excessive sweating machines?
No. Unfortunately at this time our machines for excessive sweating do not have a nappi code.
Do I need to consult a doctor before buying your machines?
Yes. We do recommend a consult with your doctor before purchasing our machines, to confirm it is an appropriate treatment option for you

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Single units can be purchased at retail prices. We offer minimum order quantities for wholesale prices.
How do I become a stockist?
Please contact us to become a stockist. Advise which product you are interested in, where you are situated and your profession, e.g. doctor, spa, tattoo parlour. We have minimum order quantities for stockists in order to provide wholesale prices.
Do I need to open an account with you?
No. We do not offer orders on account. We require advanced payment for orders.
Do you accept credit card?
Yes. We accept credit card payments. We kindly request EFT payments for orders over R5000.
How long before I receive my order?
For items which are in stock we have a minimum 2 day delivery time. For items out of stock we have an estimated 3 week delivery time. If your order has been dispatched, please track it here.
Are results guaranteed with your products?
No. Results are user dependent and cannot be guaranteed.
