Returns & Refunds

  • We regret no refunds or exchanges on open and used items.
  • No refunds or exchanges on items if desired results are not achieved.
  • Clearance item sales are final and no refunds and returns are accepted. 
  • Special order items for a customer cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
  • We bear no responsibility for incorrect items purchased.
  • If a return or exchange is considered, goods must be returned as received, unused, in its original packaging, with no signs of damage and include all components.
  • Orders must be returned to SkinTECH, received and inspected before refunds are confirmed. Courier costs are for the customer’s account.
  • Restocking fees are charged between 10-15% for exchanges and 20-25% for refunds at the discretion of SkinTECH, considering the reason for return, nature of the sale and condition of the product.
  • Refunds exclude courier fees. 
  • Cancellations before dispatch and refunds for purchases made with Yoco card payments will exclude Yoco fees which are non-refundable. 
  • If a refund, exchange or cancellation is considered, this will be subject to approval by SkinTECH and the manufacturer.
